- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5 years System Administration experience
- MCSE/CCNA Certification minimum
- Valid Arizona Drivers License and clean driving record
- Eligible to work in the US
Report to: Service Manager
Department: Service Department
Responsibilities:
Primary
- Perform Network Engineer remote and onsite service for Lutrum clients.
- Diligently track and log all service time provided for Lutrum clients.
- Document in detail all changes and configurations made to client’s network.
- Track all materials used during client service calls and projects.
- Answer incoming calls and emails to Lutrum from clients.
- Log all non-billable time spent on employee timesheet.
- Provide clients with recommendations on upgrades to improve business processes.
- Follow a consistent daily schedule as provided by dispatch.
Secondary
- Market Lutrum as an IT Managed Services company for organizations in SMB market.
- (Examples: wear polo shirts; pass out business cards, word-of-mouth, etc.)
- Attend training sessions to further understand the market and technology trends.
- Attend weekly company meetings.
- Provide clients with recommendations on upgrades to improve business processes.
